The apartment 3 for 2 persons is very cozy and perfect for a stress-free and relaxing vacation in the Franconian Lake District. It has approx. 60 m² with sloping ceilings down to the floor and is located on the 2nd floor. It consists of a living room with sofa bed (W 120 x L 198 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed: 160x200), bathroom, high-speed WLAN, a TV and a fan.and a fan. If you are taller than 180 cm, you might want to consider one of our other two apartments.This apartment has its own covered balcony, which faces south.The Altmühlsee is only 4 minutes away by bike.We are located in a cul-de-sac, so it offers the necessary peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing vacation.Supermarkets etc. are only 800 m away from us.All our apartments are non-smoking! We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments under any circumstances and to strictly adhere to this!Pets and events are generally not allowed.
